PROCEDURE FOR CLAIM REPORTING

Please strictly and promptly report any accidents or minor damages to the rented vehicles, as damages not reported according to protocol will be assumed by and billed to your company or directly to the passenger, as applicable. Please fill out using clear, legible handwriting and scan along with the driver’s license and ID card.

For any damage report, complete the attached form, along with the following mandatory requirements:

  • Drive with a valid driver’s license under Chilean traffic laws.
  • Inform our company of the incident WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS, and if possible, send images of the damages.
  • All accidents that occur will be assumed by the company, employee, and/or passenger responsible for the delivered vehicle as stated in the service contract, by paying the agreed deductible to activate the insurance.
  • Accidents occurring under the influence of alcohol or drugs are the full material and civil responsibility of the company and its employees.


In the event of insurance activation, the above instructions are mandatory; otherwise, the repair costs will be fully assumed by your company, employee, or clients responsible for the service.
