What to do in case of an accident

Please be diligent in reporting any accident or minor damage to leased vehicles immediately. Damages that are not reported under this protocol will be assumed and billed directly to your company or the responsible passenger, as applicable.

Submission Instructions:

When completing the documentation, ensure the form is filled out with clear and legible handwriting, and send it scanned, attaching the following driver documentation:

  • Identity Card.
  • Valid driver’s license.

For any damage report, it is strictly mandatory to meet the following conditions:

  • Legal Driving: Driving with a valid driver’s license under Chilean traffic laws.
  • Notification Period: Inform our company of the incident within the first 48 hours. If possible, attach images of the damage.
  • Insurance Activation: All accidents will be assumed by the company, employee, and/or passenger responsible for the vehicle as stated in the service contract, paying the agreed-upon deductible for insurance activation.
  • Substance Use: Accidents occurring under the influence of alcohol or drugs are the sole responsibility (both material and civil) of the company and its employees.

Compliance with the above points is mandatory for insurance activation. Otherwise, repair costs will be borne entirely by your company, employee, or the client responsible for the service.
