PROCEDURE FOR CLAIM REPORTING
It is mandatory to strictly adhere to informing us immediately of any incidents or minor damages to the rental vehicles, as any damages not reported under the protocol will be assumed and invoiced to your company or the direct passenger, as applicable.
Please fill out (the form) using clear, legible handwriting and scan it along with the driver’s license and national ID (or passport/identification card) of the driver.
For any damage report, please fill out the attached form, along with the following mandatory requirements:
Drive with a valid driver’s license under Chilean traffic laws.
Inform our company of the incident WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS, sending images of the damage if possible.
All recorded incidents will be assumed by the company, employee, and/or passenger responsible for the vehicle, as stated in the service contract, by paying the deductible agreed upon for insurance activation.
Incidents occurring under the influence of alcohol or drugs are the full material and civil responsibility of the company and its employees.
**In the event of insurance activation, the above is mandatory; otherwise, the repair costs will be fully assumed by your company, employee, or client responsible for the service.
